As part of STRUT Dance’s national choreographic development program, we are thrilled to continue our new mentorship program that will enable dance artists to intimately engage with established choreographers from across Australia and the world. The mentorship program provides bespoke access to a leading choreographer’s creative process and presentation as part of a local artist’s own artistic and career development. This mentoring program, will provide participants with:

Free access to the master workshops associated with this artistic leader

Sustained exposure to a leader’s own creative process, development and presentation

Professional mentoring of their own creative work by the artistic leader

Networking opportunities to build future pathways of opportunity, investment and presentation

We are excited to offer two mentorship opportunities in 2022 - Lucy Guerin and Dance Film Dance PLUS

Lucy Guerin Mentorship

STRUT Dance will support a mentorship place for one West Australian with paid access to Lucy’s Master Workshop. This two week intensive will include a raft of opportunities to discuss process and practice, plus share your own creative development.
