Tura New Music is a not for profit arts organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. Tura is a producer as well as a resource centre and cultural advocate.
Founded in 1987 Tura has a proud history of achievement in initiating cultural development in Western Australia from the inner city to remote communities across Australia.

Tura New Music has partnered with STRUT Dance since 2017 for SITU-8, an annual performance platform that showcases a season of new, short site-specific dance works by a range of emerging and experienced independent WA choreographers and composers. The resulting performance is a dynamic blend of dance, music and architecture situated in the heart of Perth and surrounding suburbs. The inaugural program (previously titled In Situ) was curated and produced by Unkempt Dance in 2014.
