Shuling Wong is an independent artist, producer and arts worker based in Boorloo (Perth). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from WAAPA in 2013 and have since performed seasonally. Some notable works include Ecobots (Buzz Dance Theatre), Mechanics (Brooke Leeder), Madame Butterfly (Perth Festival) , and WALK (Bobby Russell).

Interested in helping creatives, Shuling pursued a Masters in Arts and Cultural Management at The University of Melbourne in 2018. She worked with major festivals including Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Castlemaine State Festival, Melbourne Fringe, FRINGE WORLD and ASIATopa. Since returning to Boorloo (Perth) in 2020, she took on the role as Program Manager at The Rechabite (2020 – 2023) and co-founded OFF-base Dance (2021) with Tyrone Earl Robinson.
