What to expect in Indira’s classes:
Using visualisation and imagery, Indira’s class will invite you to experience a range of different movement qualities, explore new sensations and assist in finding a greater sense ease in your body. Her class explores fundamental concepts of contemporary dance that build spatial and kinaesthetic awareness, agility, co-ordination and balance.
Building up a sweat through fun and challenging movement sequences, we’ll dance to a music mix of old favourites and new beats.
