Rhiana Katz

Rhiana Katz (She/Her) is a Boorloo dancer, choreographer, emerging costume designer and seamstress. She graduated with Honours in Contemporary Dance from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2018. She has performed nationally and internationally across Europe and Australia, including works by Hofesh Shechter, Richard Cilli, and Parkin Projects. Rhiana has presented original works for both stage and film, her most recent work premiering in STRUT Dance’s Situ- 8:Hotel, titled ‘Room 207’. Talons (co-choreographed by Kimberley Parkin, directed by Edwin Sitt) premiered at Revelations Film Festival in July 2021. Rhiana is also establishing and developing a professional practice in costume design and creation.
