CLASS DESCRIPTION: This class will facilitate time to connect with yourself through movement and imagination via a gentle beginning. Pathways we may take could be technique exercises, improvisation and/or shared phrase work, but all with an aim to lead a responsive class to what the people in the room need/are curious about.
