Celina Hage

Celina Hage is part Australian, part Norwegian, born and raised in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. She began her tertiary training at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, graduating in 2017 before moving to Salzburg, Austria in 2018/19 to study at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD). Here she worked with over 20 professional choreographers and performers renowned across the globe, performing works both at SEAD and internationally. In 2020 Celina performed in Hofesh Shechter’s tHE bAD, as part of the Perth Festival commissioned work Hofesh in the Yard, presented by STRUT Dance. As a freelance artist Celina has worked with independent choreographers Mitch Harvey (Circa:Now:Us, PIT), Parkin Projects (Cry Baby), Brooke Leeder & Dancers (Structural Dependency, WA Museum Opening) and STRUT Dance Inc. (Hofesh in the Yard, SITU-8).
