You have met and disussed all things Off Cuts and we are excited to launch a new model in response to the ways you want to make, dance, and share in 2018.

But first we want to Pilot the model this year to see what you think…

The final open studio night for 2017, curated by Bernadette Lewis, will be held on Friday November 24th. The night will follow a dual model, allowing participants the chance to either play with the prompt provided for the event, or bring in their own interests

Performance:                                                                                                       Where: KSAC                                                                                                         When: Nov 24 - 6:30pm

We’re seeking expressions of interest from dancers and makers for the following options:

Option 1 - Cue and Go
Respond to lucky dip tasks from the big names of dance.
The prompt for Pilot will be a reprise of a popular Off Cuts from last year: choose one or more cues provided by a choice selection of dance makers, and run with them in whatever way you like. This is the perfect chance to just get in the studio and make something new and spontaneous.

Option 2 – Open Sharing
Bring something that you’re thinking about, that you’ve been working on, or the start of something completely new. Have a chat with the curator of Pilot about the possibilities.

The Deal:
- Four hours of studio time at King Street Arts Centre
- An opportunity to share with other participants at the open studio night
- Facilitation/guidance from STRUT and the Off Cuts curator

Please get in touch with Bernadette at with your expression of interest, stating which option you’d like to take and what role you’re interested in (dancer/maker/both)
